Joe Meche is currently president of the North Cascades Audubon Society. He also serves the chapter as newsletter editor and Birding Programs Coordinator. He writes a monthly column about birds for the Whatcom Watch, called Beaks and Bills. Joe has been an avid bird watcher for more than 50 years and has been capturing their beauty on film and videotape for over 30 years.
