Gene Davis is a retired Border Patrol Agent who spent years overseas working in various countries. His presentation centers on travels in the former Soviet Union where he worked from January 2006 to February 2007 as a Senior Border Advisor with the Border Police at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. An accomplished, self- taught photographer Gene is a contributor to volumes 1 and 2 of Whatcom Places.
