ARTS & CRAFTS MOVEMENT IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

Highlighting the "beautiful necessities of the Arts and Crafts movement, The Arts and Crafts Movement in the Pacific Northwest is a traveling exhibition from Seattle’s Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) that details the rich legacy of Arts and Crafts in Washington and Oregon during the first quarter of the 20th Century.
Organized and is circulated by the Museum of History & Industry, Seattle, the exhibit showcases significant buildings and interiors, furniture, glass, metalwork, ceramics, textiles, fine arts, graphics and book arts, and photography with over one hundred objects drawn from public and private collections. Curators for the exhibition are Lawrence Kreisman, Hon. AIA Seattle, program director of Historic Seattle and Glenn Mason, co-owner of Cultural Images, a museum and historical society consulting firm.
