FORGET ALL THAT ROMANTIC nonsense about starving artists and the purity of expression that ensues. Artists, art-appreciators, culture cultivators, curious novices and even reluctant tagalongs actually build stronger civic tendencies and more robust creative inclinations when museum visits are enhanced by eating simple, homemade fare made with originality and care. Coincidentally, this is exactly what you'll find at the Lightcatcher Cafe, located off our lobby next to the courtyard, or by walking through the street entrance off Grand Avenue. After that, it's just a short stroll to the Musuem Store for a little retail therapy. One cannot survive on culture alone.
