First Friday: Downtown Art Walk at the Lightcatcher

February 3 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

- Free
Outside of Lightcatcher building

Join us for this month’s “First Friday” Downtown Art Walk!

The Family Interactive Gallery (FIG) will be open for exploration, including a hands-on printmaking art activity inspired by the work of Seattle artist Barbara Earl Thomas. Visitors can also check out our hallway exhibit, Vintage Vaudevillians, on display in partnership with Whatcom Reads, and see the People of the Sea and Cedar gallery. End the evening at Bar Cicotti to enjoy a glass of wine or dinner.

The Whatcom Museum acknowledges that we gather on the traditional territory of the Lhaq’temish – Lummi People – and the Nuxwsá7aq – Nooksack People – who have lived in the Coast Salish region from time immemorial. The Museum honors our relationship with all of our Coast Salish neighbors and our shared responsibilities to their homeland where we all reside today.
